“Apricot Lane Boutique has a very warm & welcoming atmosphere. The manager of the boutique, Mrs. Moses greeted me with a beautiful smile as I came through the door. The store has a nice selection of chic clothing not seen everywhere. It’s very well organized and it met my approval on every level. I will return to shop again for their fall collection.”

“From the service to the product, everything was top notch. Not really a men's store, they do have books and furniture items. They are mainly focused on women's clothing and accessories. Still a great place to get high end products without breaking the bank.”

She is always friendly and treats every customer with patience, courtesy and professionalism - even when the store is busy. If there is a promotion or member benefit, she always lets me know. “I was on the hunt for a good pair of jeans. I went i to Maurices in Algonquinand and Rachel spent about an hour bringing me every pair of jeans in the store until we found two that were perfect! I have never had that much attention before at a retail shop. It was during the week so it was a bit slower. Rachel listened to my concerns and was honest with her opinions but didn't push me into buying something I didn't want. Had a great experience and would recommend asking for Rachel!”

“I was looking for a white sweater for a toddler and I had a feeling Old Navy was the place to look. And I was right! I also wanted matching outfits for my grand daughters and summer hats. The hat I bought was bigger than I thought but it was easy enough to become a member and get free shipping by spending $50. I could have also bought it online to be sure I had it and then gone to the store to pick it up.
You really do need to look at sizes though. They had 3T toddler leggings that were one length and then 3T toddler flair pants which were quite a bit longer.
As I’m always telling my husband, try the clothes on before taking off the tags!!!!”

“I had to come back and leave a review because the customer service at TJ Maxx in Algonquin was honestly outstanding. Last Friday I came in and noticed how amazing the atmosphere was, and when I returned today, I knew I had to say something.

Manager Sarika went above and beyond with both the employees and customers. You can instantly tell when someone truly cares about their job, their team, and the people walking through the doors. She was professional, kind, patient, hardworking, and handled everything with such positive energy. It’s rare to see management that involved and supportive anymore, and it made the entire store feel welcoming and organized.

Ximena was also absolutely wonderful — friendly, helpful, and so sweet during checkout. The other cashiers were great too, even though I didn’t get all their names. Everyone seemed happy, respectful, and genuinely helpful, which says a lot about the leadership in the store.

You can really feel the difference when a store is run by someone who leads with kindness and professionalism. Sarika should truly be recognized for the incredible job she’s doing. This was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time!”

“Bought an item not long ago, walked in to the store trying to see if i can return or exchange or get a store credit but one employee i spoked to wasn’t able to help me without my receipt. So i left and went home. Called nordstrom customer care service & called the store… i spoke to an employee by the name of Felicia S. I assumed she was the manager. Told me and explained to me a different ways on how she can help me locate my receipt. And so i went back to the store, spoke with Felicia S, and she was able to give me a gift card for my return which now i will use to make an online purchase instead from the nordstrom website… i appreciate how Felicia S, was able to help me and made my day…. “I stop in time to time for cute shirts and summer dresses and keep meaning to leave a nice review. All the girls and manager hat work there are very sweet. The store is always neat, they have a bathroom. Clothes are cheap and good for vacation wear.”

My experience. I get to the cash register looking at cologne and she immediately start pointing out her person faves. After this she then asks me if I would like to look online to save me an additional 20% on each item. Of course I said yes. Two of my items she couldn’t do without them being shipped, so we went ahead with the online order so I received 20% on all of my items. It’s small gestures like these that make me feel appreciated, and can rate 5 stars based on her customer service level. Great job Kari!! “I had such an incredible experience with Amanda at American Eagle last night. To be honest, I’ve always been a little apprehensive about shopping at American Eagle because it wasn’t a great experience for me when I was younger. I recently ordered several pairs of jeans online after seeing some styles I liked, but none of them worked out, so I went into the store planning to simply return everything and probably not shop there again.

“I've been to this store a few times with my 13yo daughter. Nice store, always clean, organized. Today I went for a quick return to store credit and was impressed with my checkout experience. Charlie was working and speaking to the customer in front of me. He was very engaged, high energy and called the teen customer 'boss'. I thought that was outgoing of him. Charlie then acknowledged myself next in line. He greeted me with that same excited energy through the return process. Charlie was not a robot employee working. He is excited and chatting with customers. He asked if I was done running errands for the night and hoped I had a great evening. This young man who is about 17 was so engaging. Great job! ??????”
