“Ran into Att with a goal in mind. Within 30 seconds of walking in I was greeted by Bradley who was an absolutely amazing individual. He had me all set with my purchases (2 watches and AirPods) and I was on my way in a matter of 20 minutes. It should be noted that even though the quick turnaround time, Bradley even made it a point to assist others while working with me yet I still felt extremely cared for and left as a very happy customer. Thanks to employees like Bradley, I’ll be heading back to ATT for all my wireless purchases. Great job on finding this guy ATT. You got yourself a good one!!”

I spoke to Ismael about it over the phone and he immediately offered to help me over the phone or in person if I chose to come into the store. I went in and the problem was resolved within 5 minutes! This made such an impression on me that I had to take time out to write a review because most business employees would only help you if you're coming in to buy something or if they thought they could sell you something. “While switching providers, i had nothing but problems with my previous provider.Getting enough information to transfer my phone number. The associate at this location was extremely patient and willing to work with me through every step even if it took four hours. They were able to provide me a phone and service for less than a month's bill with my previous provider. And they wore nothing but a smile. Very cute too”

“This is by far the best boost Mobile! I went to the one by the fresh market and they were rude and didn't know what they were talking about! Then I went to the one on Villa at and the young lady there didn't even bother to greet me. Any question I asked she answered with "call 611" as she was scrolling through her phone. Luckily I remembered about this location, and as soon as I stepped in to this one I was greeted so politely by that one chubby dude and he definitely knew what he was talking about; but overall all the staff are friendly,nice, and just a great help.”

“After having a HORRIBLE experience at the Palatine IL store I had called the Crystal Lake IL store and spoke with a kind gentleman named Nick. I had discussed with him what my issue was and without hesitation he told me that he could help. I did drive an hour to get to the store but it was definitely worth it.
