“Justin D helped me out immensely. Had been dealing with Verizon and Assurion they sent me two defective phones. I hadn’t been able to use my phone in almost three weeks! Justin D was able to provide me with options and opening a new line, offered a better cheaper internet service and was just over the top. Really made me feel like I’m making the right choice switching to ATnT the most helpful phone service employee I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Keep Justin D in high regards and I hope he is financially compensated for his great efforts.”

“While switching providers, i had nothing but problems with my previous provider.Getting enough information to transfer my phone number. The associate at this location was extremely patient and willing to work with me through every step even if it took four hours. They were able to provide me a phone and service for less than a month's bill with my previous provider. And they wore nothing but a smile. Very cute too”

“I went here this past Saturday and I cannot express my gratitude for both of the employees working that day. I was in a tough spot and the staff working were super helpful as I couldn’t figure out how to activate my new number. I was given both of their names but I lost the paper I wrote them down on. It was a female (very knowledgeable, friendly and eager to execute) and a male who followed her direction and guidance on how to solve my problem. I thank you both for your kindness! - Brittany”

“This is by far the best boost Mobile! I went to the one by the fresh market and they were rude and didn't know what they were talking about! Then I went to the one on Villa at and the young lady there didn't even bother to greet me. Any question I asked she answered with "call 611" as she was scrolling through her phone. Luckily I remembered about this location, and as soon as I stepped in to this one I was greeted so politely by that one chubby dude and he definitely knew what he was talking about; but overall all the staff are friendly, nice, and just a great help.”

“After having a HORRIBLE experience at the Palatine IL store I had called the Crystal Lake IL store and spoke with a kind gentleman named Nick. I had discussed with him what my issue was and without hesitation he told me that he could help. I did drive an hour to get to the store but it was definitely worth it. Nick was a pleasure to work with. I will definitely recommend the Crystal Lake store to anyone looking for a great carrier with exceptional customer service! Thank you Nick! J. Freund”

“I went to T-Mobile to have my new work phone activated and transfer all contacts, my company sent me there to do this. I arrived first thing on a Saturday, the door was opened by the associate which later I learned her name was Marium R. I asked her if she could transfer everything and activate she said she would be able to do while I wait, we sit down at the table and she proceeded to activate and transfered all the info, while doing that, she was very friendly talkative and very nice once everything was done, I asked if she could also setup my call forwarding, she said no problem and it was done i need to add that I bought a case and a screen protector which she installed for me. Marium was awesome , very professional , very friendly , and a real joy to talk with. Because of this service that I received from her I will be opening a T-Mobile account when it's time, the provider I use for my personal phone now for 5-7 years has Never provided, last year I went in to buy a new phone all they did was activate with my same number and gave me instructions on how to do it all myself which took me two days, Never Again will I ever use them. All Thanks goes to the service I received from Marium last week.”
