I stopped in here to get my son's phone fixed and Jose made the whole process super quick and easy. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes and he was extremely nice and helpful the whole time. I definitely won't mind having to come back here if there's ever another issue with the phones!

José is very helpful and answered all my questions, I ended up having to go to the Woodstock location and had an awful experience compared to when dealing with him. If you’re in between the two stores like I was, make sure to go see Jose in Crystal lake he is very friendly and knowledgeable
