“We met with a color consultant from JC Licht and it was a fantastic experience! My wife and I always struggle picking the best colors for our house. Cindy came out to our house and within 30 minutes helped us pick the perfect colors to update through out the house. It was a great experience and we can't wait to see what everything looks like when it's done. Highly recommended!”

“Honestly some of the best customer care I have ever seen. Michael is the best. Decided to try this place because my boyfriend's mom bought her paint here all the time and I'm so glad we did. They are so knowledgeable and really take care of their customers. Went back a second time and had the same experience. This is the only place I will be purchasing my paint from.”

“Went to pick up paint for my contractor. Scott greeted me immediately upon entry as he finished assisting another customer. He was so friendly and helpful. He offered good advice and had me in and out in record time. The level of customer service far surpassed anything I remember receiving ever! Sherwin Williams, Scott P. deserves some recognition!!”

“As an entrepreneurial woman it is difficult for me to know everything about the paints that we can use in our business and sometimes we have doubts since we want to offer the best product to our clients and thanks to Valentina she always tells me what products you use, she is so kind that I love buying in her store because she solves all my needs and doubts and speaks my language perfectly, it is difficult to find someone who speaks Spanish, I wish there were more employees like her, AGAIN thanks VALENTINA ?”

“You know, I've been painting houses with my husband for quite some time and come to find out we knew little to nothing about a good paint. I came in and I worked with a guy named AL and he was so knowledgeable about all the different paints and educated us on the differences in paint. I really appreciate someone like him to have taken the time out to teach us what we thought we already knew! We learned something that day! He was super patient with my million questions and extremely kind. I couldn't have been more pleased with his customer service. It's hard to find good customer service these days but he NAILED IT, THANK YOU AL.”

“This location is exceptional. I own a small construction business and have been in many SW locations. I always have a great experience with the exceptional crew members. Julio, the manager, is so friendly, knowledge and go beyond and above with any request I have, big or small. He matches the stucco color samples perfectly, on the first few trials and I never have felt like I overuse his help. Also, he trained the other workers so well. Alexa, Tyler and Dakota are very helpful, cheerful and ready to help me with anything. You don't get to meet such as wonderful crew anymore in retail industry. They should be highly appreciated and recognized by the management and other customers. Great job, guys! I truly value your commitment and excellent customer service. Thank you Julio, Alexa, Tyler and Dakota !”
