“I came in to get an appraisal on my vehicle. I had done the online appraisal already and had the online quote. After meeting with Emily Knehr, she did the test drive and then sent the car in for inspection. She sat and chatted with me while we waited for the final appraisal to come back. When it did, it was exactly what the online appraisal was. Super happy with the process. Emily was awesome and the CarMax appraisal was almost $2,000 more than regular car dealers offered me.
