“I purchased my daughter's first car from Boutique Motors and had a great experience buying this car out of state, sight-unseen. The sale process was a simple wire transfer and once they received payment, they arranged for the shipping company to pick up the car and it was in my driveway 3 days later. I received the title the following day via FedEx. Once I got the car, it was as described with no hidden surprises. The delivery driver called me when he was close and was promt, professional and courteous. Overall, I'm very pleased in the whole process.”
“I highly recommend working with Fox Valley Motor Works. They truly value each and every customer who they speak to on the phone or who walk into the showroom floor. Always very kind and attentive to my questions and concerns. I worked with Mitch throughout the whole process who was very helpful, patient, positive, and resourceful. He was not pushy or negative in any way shape or form. Truly a great man working hard an in industry he admires. There are not enough words to express my gratitude towards him or the other folks here! Give them an opportunity to earn your business and you will not regret it. Thanks again.”

“I took my X5 G05 in for a transmission and differential fluid swap, and the experience was excellent. Mike is knowledgeable, easy to work with, and offers fair pricing. He even went the extra mile to clean up a subpar job previously done by a local BMW dealer. I’m glad to have this shop nearby and will definitely return for future service needs on my X5. Highly recommended!”
