It was Leaking air Throu one of the Protection
Valve,..the one for the trailer air supply...
So, they told me that it needed to be replaced...I Said ok. I'll come back in the morning. Well, I came back in the morning....they order the new part which took 4hours to arrive and another 2 hours to install it. Waiting time not bad ..compared to other Shops...they tell you to leave it and come back in 2 days. They're hard working people, Honestly...they do everything they can to help you. Highly Recommended.”

“I had damage to my vehicle on the rear end and was of course upset. I through my insurance brought my vehicle to the Crash Champions location in Alsip. From the start both Caleb and Cecilia were AWSEOME and worked with me and my insurance to insure that I was able to check my vehicle in in a timely manner. They were very reassuring and I got frequent text updates all along the way which eased my nerves lol as well as always were willing to answer any questions I had. Now as far as my vehicle is concerned when I came to pick it up the day they called to let me know she was ready as I pulled up it was outside and I IMMEDIATELY noticed that the damage was nonexistent and it looked as great as it did before the accident. Both inside and out I could tell that the Crash Champs team not only did an exceptional job for the damage on my car but they also took GREAT CARE with my car otherwise. I am very please with the entire team from the front desk to the guys that in the garage took care of my baby....I mean my car lol thank you so much again Crash CHAMPS. I need a dent out of my car and he pulled it out in less than 20 minutes! The best part of it all he was closed on a Sunday but just happened to be the only shop that answered the phone out of 6 other shops I called prior. Honestly, Chris was an honest professional.
