Dan and John treated me like family, they were very friendly, helpful, and communicative throughout the entire process. “We purchased a brand new 2025 subaru forester premium from berman subaru from the cold chilly winter day we bought it in janurary this year it has been amazing we never owned anything so brand new but it is my moms ride and im proud of her we didnt initally tend to purchase but when the older car gave us issues we knew it was then and there . “A Trendz is a great neighborhood Auto Shoppe , Well recommend it by the Car Sales Auto Industry. Installation is always Supeb , Great Customer Service. I brought my 2019 Jeep JL Sport . Installed a Rock Slide step sliders system with JL 4 Door Step Slider Rocker Guards, always handy when rock climbing. So far I've hit some knarly rocks and this kit has outperformed it self. When it was time to upgrade my Tires they recommed the Mickey Thompson Baja Boss A/T Hybrid , performed very well on snow as well as quiet on road, and finishing up with WeatherTech floor protection all around. Highly recommend it for one stop shop on your toys.”

“Needed to fix my brand new Toyota after being side swiped. Live in the neighborhood and heard from others that they do good work. Insurance recommended so I dropped of the Truck. Was informed Truck would be ready the following Tues or Weds. Tues morning get a call and truck is ready. Inspect the Truck and looks amazing. Paint was matched perfectly. Dent was gone. It looks like it never happened.
Staff was courteous and helpful. Everyone there treated me like I was the most important thing that they had going on that day. Answered all my questions.”

“I truly cannot recommend this shop enough - I wish I could give 6 stars. Everyone at B&L that I worked with was kind, transparent, empathetic, helpful, thorough, skilled, and professional throughout the whole experience. My estimator, Al, and the CSRs I worked with, Dominique and Lissette, were incredible and made a nightmare scenario much less stressful for me.
My car had water damage/mold from heavy rain & humidity and an apparent leak, so I took it to Murgado Ford - where I spent $600 for a 2-hour inspection to find what was causing the water damage (they said it was sunroof drain tube clog) - and they quoted me $12,400 in repairs for cleaning out the tubes and replacing the carpet, saying it would cost me at least $5,000 anywhere else I go.
I then took my car to B&L for a second opinion, and they quoted only $3,400 for repairs and found a completely different issue than Ford (leak was coming from the door weather strips). They replaced the weather strips and carpet, AND cleaned out the drain tubes for free as an added measure.
I needed my car back 2 days before it was scheduled to be finished and they all made sure it was ready early. While I hope I never need another car repair, I'll be going back to B&L every time for as long as I live in Chicago!”

“Oscar's is a local, indepedently-owned, small business in Chicago. I've used them for several years and the prices are always great. They recognize me when I call or come in, and are friendly and willing to go the extra mile to keep you happy. I was recently in an expensive accident, for the first time. My insurance told me to get an estimate at a big body shop I didn't know. The price was eye-watering. My company decided it was a total loss. However, we love our car and it has only 84,000 miles on it. I decided to bring it to Oscar's to see what they said. They gave us a much better price to fix it. Harry, the amazing owner, talked us through navigating the process of getting an insurance payout while keeping our car. Oscar's price was so good, we decided to repair the A/C compressor as well (needed fixing before the accident). I can't say enough great things about this shop. I'm a customer for life.”
