“I had a great experience with CARSTAR. I brought my car in after being rear-ended, and the service was professional and friendly from start to finish. I especially want to thank Brian for all his help. He was very kind, attentive, and professional throughout the entire process. He kept me informed, made sure everything with my vehicle was taken care of properly, and made the rental car process very easy. When it was time to return the rental car, Brian also helped me with that, and I was able to leave it there without any issues. My car came back looking great and in perfect condition. I’m very happy with the repair and really appreciate Brian and the whole team for their excellent service, professionalism, and attention to detail. I highly recommend CARSTAR and would definitely trust them again in the future. Thank you, Brian and the entire team, for making the whole experience so easy.”

“On top of being incredibly kind and efficient, this is one of the most reasonable body shops in the city! Especially for self-paying. Every time there was a slight change in estimate, they let us know and double-checked before just tacking it on. My car also came completely cleaned and spotless! The whole team is personable, helpful, and again, incredibly kind. I will be coming here for any possible repair in the future and for my oil changes!”

“I have driven by Tom and Jerry’s Auto Body for years and have known they were always highly recommended. I decided to stop in yesterday to get an estimate on my car for work that needs to be done. Don and Ian were the friendliest, most honest men I’ve ever met in the auto repair business. They were professional, kind and understanding. My estimate was explained to me in great detail and they took the time to answer all of my questions. I highly recommend Tom and Jerry’s for all of your auto repair needs.”

“I truly cannot recommend this shop enough - I wish I could give 6 stars. Everyone at B&L that I worked with was kind, transparent, empathetic, helpful, thorough, skilled, and professional throughout the whole experience. My estimator, Al, and the CSRs I worked with, Dominique and Lissette, were incredible and made a nightmare scenario much less stressful for me. My car had water damage/mold from heavy rain & humidity and an apparent leak, so I took it to Murgado Ford - where I spent $600 for a 2-hour inspection to find what was causing the water damage (they said it was sunroof drain tube clog) - and they quoted me $12,400 in repairs for cleaning out the tubes and replacing the carpet, saying it would cost me at least $5,000 anywhere else I go. I then took my car to B&L for a second opinion, and they quoted only $3,400 for repairs and found a completely different issue than Ford (leak was coming from the door weather strips). They replaced the weather strips and carpet, AND cleaned out the drain tubes for free as an added measure. I needed my car back 2 days before it was scheduled to be finished and they all made sure it was ready early. While I hope I never need another car repair, I'll be going back to B&L every time for as long as I live in Chicago!”

“I asked ChatGPT to find me the nearest repair shop in my zip code area, and Howard Auto Body & Repair came up first with great reviews and ratings. After reading through the comments, I decided to give them a try—and I’m very glad I did. I spoke with Tony and a lady at the front office, and both provided wonderful service from start to finish. My vehicle had several issues, but Tony and his team took care of every single one. I asked if he could hold my vehicle for a day until I returned to town, and he kindly agreed without hesitation. On top of that, Tony went above and beyond by replacing my key fob battery and giving my car a wash, both free of charge. The day I was supposed to pick up my vehicle, Tony discovered an additional problem and offered to fix it at no cost. It’s the little things like this that truly set this shop apart from the rest. Howard Auto Body & Repair is trustworthy, reliable, and genuinely committed to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, quality auto service.”

“I had a recent incident with my car we were looking to get fixed quickly that was quite severe, and had called around to a few different garages in Chicago trying to get it fixed. Not being super experienced with cars and also embarrassed about the accident, I definitely felt out of my element in some of those garages as a young woman. Santos was fantastic from my first phone call, took a quick look, assessed the problem, reassured they could fix it smoothly, and didn't throw on solutions we didn't need to the estimate. They got the car in the next week, had it back quickly for a more than fair price, and it honestly looks better than when we drove it off the lot. My husband has already said he'll go back there for any needs in the future, it's just a great family garage that I wholeheartedly recommend for car work.”

“I called about getting help with an engine problem. They told me they didn't do that kind of service but they did know a lot about my model of car and this kind of problem. They gave me detailed, free advice about what to do next and they asked me to call back if I needed more help or to just let them know how it went so they would know I was ok. They really seemed to care about my situation and they gave very good advice!”

“Needed to fix my brand new Toyota after being side swiped. Live in the neighborhood and heard from others that they do good work. Insurance recommended so I dropped of the Truck. Was informed Truck would be ready the following Tues or Weds. Tues morning get a call and truck is ready. Inspect the Truck and looks amazing. Paint was matched perfectly. Dent was gone. It looks like it never happened. Staff was courteous and helpful. Everyone there treated me like I was the most important thing that they had going on that day. Answered all my questions.”

“When my car got rear ended I started my search for a body shop. Wow, there are many in my area. I took my time and sifted through all of the companies and reviews. There were many with frills, pictures of children not cars and how great they were with bad reviews. I found National Body Works no frills just honest reviews and pictures of before and after cars. I went in and spoke with Sasan and he was very nice and friendly. Needless to say he was very honest and the communication was great letting me know the progress every step of the way. They did a fabulous job and my car looks new. His warranty on the work he performed is great. I highly recommend this Body Shop.”
