“Warehouse is a place you can call home. The community is so supportive of one another. This is the only gym where I’ve met so many amazing people that motivates me to workout and that I consider as family”

“the best local family owned gym in the area! So clean, hands on staff and love that there is something for everyone, even kids!! Matt and Paola are amazing at they do. You can tell they put all their heart and soul into their business. Anyone with any fitness level will love this gym. You feel the contagious positive energy as soon as you walk in. “I've been very happy with CFX in Alsip. The gym has everything you need for a great workout, whether you're into weightlifting, cardio, functional training, or just staying active. The equipment is well-maintained, there's plenty of space, and the facility is always clean. One thing I really like is the variety of classes they offer. Whether you're looking to try something new, stay motivated, or work out with a group, there are plenty of options available for all fitness levels. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming. If you're looking for a gym in the area that offers great equipment, classes, and a positive environment, CFX is definitely worth checking out.”
