“This business is unassuming neighborhood place. Moved back to the area, didn't have my own address so signed up for a box. They send packages as well, you can have copies made too. Had a box a few years, moved out of the area, cancelled my mailbox. Even though I contacted all vendors and people that would mail me anything, some continued to show up at Lockbox. Since not a huge corporate place Jackie called me when a wedding invitation showed up more than 1 month after I was no longer a customer. That's great customer service, thanks to Jackie.. If you're in the area and looking for a mailbox with a street address not a PO BOX, I highly recommend.”

“The UPS Orland Park location has an incredible team. Everyone goes above and beyond to be helpful and gets guests in and out quickly. I ship a lot during my work week, and I appreciate the kindness and support every time I come in.
The manager, Halie, always goes above and beyond. Last year I had emergency surgery, and she noticed my husband was coming in with my work packages. She sent a note home asking if she could help with anything while he was bringing in multiple boxes. Not only did she notice, but she truly helped streamline a stressful time by going the extra mile. She always greats me with a smile and a hello. This entire team is great.”

“Liked this FedEx outlet a lot. Our Orland Park location was closed for some reason, and this Tinley Park center was the next closest. We dropped in and had no trouble getting what we needed. The sales people were very helpful and friendly. We had also been looking for a place to get passport photos, but this place had a broken machine (just like our neighborhood outlet). I suspect the FedEx locations really don't want the passport photo business as it takes away time from what they are known for - packaging and shipping. This FedEx location is very good, give it a try.”

“This place is awesome. I go there for faxing and Yvonne has always came through. They also have public notarizing and private mail boxes too. I really like the variety of body washes. Yvonne is very friendly and welcoming. This location is in Alsip,Illinois. Family oriented type of community. Great prices too and good conversations. Parcel express has been here for several years and I'm positive you will be able to use some type of service. What are you waiting for, head on over to Parcel express.
