After a few slow-moving email exchanges with a sales rep, I decided to visit the AA Medical warehouse in Mokena to get a firsthand look at the equipment — and I’m so glad I did. I was SO fortunate to be assisted by Mike Kobalski, who, despite not being a sales associate, has over 40 years of deep industry experience and an incredible wealth of knowledge. Mike went above and beyond — personally moving and setting up multiple standing microscopes until we found the right one. He ensured everything was fully functional and met my clinical needs. Thanks to his guidance, I ended up purchasing three high-quality pieces of equipment and have no doubt I’ll be returning to Mike and AA Medical for all future purchases. Special thanks as well to Ileana, who was warm, helpful, and efficient in handling the transaction. The entire in-person experience was seamless, professional, and refreshingly personal.
