The billing statements were confusing as to the charges/dates for a wheelchair purchase, as we did not know why it was billed for a “rental“ for 13 months; this billing was all per Medicare requirements. A simple phone call to Orbit took care of the whole mystery, and Adell was fantastic to work with, very kind and able to explain everything! Thank you!”

“We had our equipment delivered through Advacare while doing in home hospice for my mother. They call you ~30 minutes before they will be at your home to give you a heads up that they would be arriving. My dad and I were at home all day so it was not an issue for us; however, I can see it being difficult for someone who had a caretaker who was not at home all the time. The equipment they brought over was in ok condition. There were some that were quite dusty so always make sure to wipe everything down if possible especially the bed. The hospital bed's remote they gave us was so dirty, I had to clean it and wrap in saran wrap since I did not know where it had been haha. Each delivery is brought in, set up and taken away by one driver. All of our drivers were very friendly, courteous and efficient. We especially got along well with Hector and Mario. I do however agree with a couple of negative reviewers who noted that it is quite cold that they try to get the equipment removed as soon as a hospice patient dies. They called us probably an hour after my mom passed to schedule a time to pick up the equipment. The funeral home wasn't even there at that time. They thankfully let me schedule the pick up for a week after but it would have been nice if they could have given at least a day for the families to grieve before having to think about logistics like equipment pick up.”

“Rating this business 5 Star for one important reason: in-store customer service was OUTSTANDING on Oct. 28, 2022... saleswoman gave my brother 'stellar' customer service, of course, we had gotten there shortly after opening. My brother can be quite rude at times b/c he's having back surgery and is nervous, this saleswoman, Nancy (I think that's her name) remained professional and her patience and tone of voice was so kind, she saw difficulty in my brother and she guided him on essential supplies needed...her calmness as she reassured him it'd be ok was refreshing to see as well as seeing her 'caring' of people stressed about surgery...nowadays, service like this is almost obsolete and RARE. God bless you Ms. Nancy!...I will definitely recommend this business!.”

“It was easy making an appointment and getting in within a timely manner. Marianne the audiologist was extremely nice and knowledgeable of my condition. She really tried to help me figure out the root cause of the ringing in my ear. She explained there’s no way to test for tinnitus, but she still performed the hearing test and listened to my concerns. She gave me natural ways to help with my tinnitus. I felt seen and heard which meant the world to me. I highly recommend”
