“Great shopping experience. However, they need to watch there prices or at least survey before raising prices. Its Disheartening to come all the way to Costco for gas only to find out you could have gotten gas SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper at your corner gas station. ALSO, At the BEDFORD PARK location they need to post the gas prices for shoppers. Or at least also post them at the pumps. Ideally both areas. One shouldn't have wait in long lines or attempt to drive between cars then get back in line (if the price is ok) JUST to see the gas price!!!!”

Yesterday shopping for my wife without my Membership Card, I went to the Membership Services Counter for a temporary pass! I got much more than I could have ever asked for!
Mary was at the counter and greeted me with a stately smile! I have to call her “Saint Mary” because the Spirit of God, illuminated her beautiful stature and divinely appointed “Gift of Hospitality!” Sam’s Club naturally possessed the Gift of Mary, right out of Scripture!
She was more than professional, Knowledgeable and a pure joy to be of service! She was dressed like a Wall Street Executive and her beautiful sky blue business suit matched her beautiful blue, German, Irish eyes! We joyfully shared mutual thoughts and observations!
Sam Walton’s Legacy lives on through “Saint Mary” at Sam’s Club Number 6384 in Hodgkins, Illinois! Mary Sealed the Deal With a Hug! Mary made a loyal customer for life!
The value of my Membership at Sam’s Club exceeded the value of “Rodeo Drive” and Chicago Gold Coast” Retailers! You cannot put a price on “Mary’s Personal Touch”! Mary is second to none!
On my way out of the Warehouse I spoke to Adrian the Club’s General Manager and had to commend him on his exceptional leadership and management skills! I told him that no ordinary manager could manage a star like “Saint Mary of Hodgkins”!
I have 53 years experience at Military Leadership and 47 years experience a Retail Management! I know talent when I see it!

“Probably one of the best (if not the best) plumbing supply companies in the area. They have a great selection of plumbing supplies and a knowledgeable staff. I've purchased all my plumbing fixtures for my basement bar and kitchen remodel from Auburn supply. I miss the location (and fantastic showroom) that they used to have in Dyer, IN since it was closer to home seeing how I live in Indiana. Now I have to travel all the way to Markham, IL now, but still well worth it for the quality products.”

“I just got a brand new membership for the first time in over 10 years. I placed a curbside order online -- it was a pleasant experience. This is the only location in my area that offers non gmo chicken by the case. I was able to place an order in the evening and pick it up the next afternoon which was very convenient. Staff was nice as well!”
“Chris was so helpful and kind. He went above and beyond to help me when I came in without an appointment to get one of my tires checked. I had gotten a flat while on my 4hr drive up north and had to get a plug done at a small town Walmart. I was worried when I got back from vacation that I'd need to get a new tire and my type of car has extremely specific tires that can take 2-4 weeks to get in. I was so stressed that I didn't realize I needed my uncle with me to buy a new tire. But before we even made the decision to get a new tire, Chris suggested that they check the tire plug themselves. The service was fast, even on a very busy Monday evening. Chris assured me the plug was done correctly and it's safe for me to drive. Thank you Chris and everyone else at this tire center!”

“I’ve been shopping at restaurant depot twice a week for 15 years now. This was my first visit to this location and I loved every second. It was organized and clean. Employees were so pleasant and helpful. The also still had the silver carts (I hate the new blue ones). I wish my restaurant was close so I could shop at this location instead of the division location. Management should be proud of the job they’re doing keep it up”
