“Great shopping experience. However, they need to watch there prices or at least survey before raising prices. Its Disheartening to come all the way to Costco for gas only to find out you could have gotten gas SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper at your corner gas station. ALSO, At the BEDFORD PARK location they need to post the gas prices for shoppers. Or at least also post them at the pumps. Ideally both areas. One shouldn't have wait in long lines or attempt to drive between cars then get back in line (if the price is ok) JUST to see the gas price!!!!”

Yesterday shopping for my wife without my Membership Card, I went to the Membership Services Counter for a temporary pass! I got much more than I could have ever asked for!
Mary was at the counter and greeted me with a stately smile! I have to call her “Saint Mary” because the Spirit of God, illuminated her beautiful stature and divinely appointed “Gift of Hospitality!” Sam’s Club naturally possessed the Gift of Mary, right out of Scripture!
She was more than professional, Knowledgeable and a pure joy to be of service! She was dressed like a Wall Street Executive and her beautiful sky blue business suit matched her beautiful blue, German, Irish eyes! We joyfully shared mutual thoughts and observations!
Sam Walton’s Legacy lives on through “Saint Mary” at Sam’s Club Number 6384 in Hodgkins, Illinois! Mary Sealed the Deal With a Hug! Mary made a loyal customer for life!
The value of my Membership at Sam’s Club exceeded the value of “Rodeo Drive” and Chicago Gold Coast” Retailers! You cannot put a price on “Mary’s Personal Touch”! Mary is second to none!
On my way out of the Warehouse I spoke to Adrian the Club’s General Manager and had to commend him on his exceptional leadership and management skills! I told him that no ordinary manager could manage a star like “Saint Mary of Hodgkins”!
I have 53 years experience at Military Leadership and 47 years experience a Retail Management! I know talent when I see it!

“I love Costco! Great selection of bulk items that rotates often. If you see something you like, make sure you grab it on the first trip. Great prices on milk, bottled water and rotisserie chicken, which is delicious! Member discount on gas prices really helps, too, so gas up before you head home. Just be prepared upfront for a packed parking lot and long lines on the weekend.”

“Probably one of the best (if not the best) plumbing supply companies in the area. They have a great selection of plumbing supplies and a knowledgeable staff. I've purchased all my plumbing fixtures for my basement bar and kitchen remodel from Auburn supply. I miss the location (and fantastic showroom) that they used to have in Dyer, IN since it was closer to home seeing how I live in Indiana. Now I have to travel all the way to Markham, IL now, but still well worth it for the quality products.”

“Get here early. Extremely busy anytime between 1pm to 5 pm. In a hurry you might spend about 100.00 dollars. Stay longer than an hour and you will probably find enough items to spend at least 300.00 to 400.00 bucks. You can end up purchasing a vehicle here if you want to save a few thousand dollars. Fresh cooked food available for a moderate price.”

“Love Sams club. Pricing is always great for the bulk items. Always have things i need in stock. Store is very organized and clean. Employees are extremely helpful. There are always carts available at the front. Gas station can be a bit congested at times but the gas station is open til 10pm and you can use the app to pay at the pump. The one thing that sets this store apart from Costco is the scan and go. Sometimes the lines can be super packed but I go shopping use the scan and go feature pay for my items on the app and proceed to the exit. This is an awesome feature. Even the delivery method is a plus which as long as its over $50 it free delivery. Just bought a washing machine online they delivered it install it and took the old one away with no extra cost. Paid under 700 for a top of the line samsung washing machine with all the delivery included. At best buy it was the same price but delivery install and discard was not included in the price it was extra. Sams club always takes care of their members.”

Sebastian volunteered and insisted to go the extra mile to ensure that my experience was top-notch at the end of the evening nearing closing time, and Olivia was not only complimentary of her coworker when I expressed my surprise at his zeal to accommodate a late request, but also went above and beyond by ensuring that my order was timely and exactly as I desired. Both of these employees brought so much life and genuine care to a position which could easily be overlooked that I was genuinely taken aback and and deeply impressed by their professionalism and demeanor. Whatever they're being paid to make pizza and hot dogs is insufficient; these two both ought to be moved into customer-facing positions where their natural skills can shine. These are the faces and actions of leaders. A+”

“This past visit had no obstacles in the aisles, and most shelves were stocked and faced. Still lacking price tags under items! Some items are still not available, which are at other RD, but overall, I am impressed with improvements. Loved the extra shelves of Turano rolls!
No poppy buns for Chi dogs and frozen crab case by register a total mess.”
