“I went to Roger's to buy a chest freezer. They didn't have the one I wanted in Stock at that store, but the owner said there might be one at the Effingham store. He made a call and told me to go to the store in Effingham. We went to the Effingham store, and Jerod helped us out. We purchased the one we needed. I liked that they went to extra effort for me. I will recommend this store to anyone in need of major appliances. This is a business that cares about customer service. It's very refreshing in this day and age.”
