I then called Al’s and stopped in the very same day, and Cyndel got my phone back in working order quickly and efficiently. The gal assured me they did and even assisted me in downloading their app. So now, when I'm in the store, I can use the app to check prices so I don't go over my budget. I’ve had Cricket Wireless for probably 13 to 18 years and never had a problem. I’ve been without service for about five days and it was my fault. They were very kind and very helpful. I can highly recommend this store. Way to go!”
“Great radio and shipped really fast. Would love to see better options for shipping couriers. Shipped by UPS and made it an hour from my house and did a U-turn, but thats not their fault. would definitely order from again just pray that UPS doesn't screw it up again lol”
