“They’ve done me great 3 jeeps down. I live in St. Louis and I was referred to them after getting quotes from three other places back in 2019. it takes a lot to get me to the other side of the river, but they’re worth it. Same guy works there, hustles all day, and does be good every time. I tell him what I want, he makes the dream happen.”

“I always go to Lowe for any work on my Jeep since I moved into the neighborhood. Always fast, friendly, no unnecessary upselling, a great, reliable work. They did brake work for me and one of the new calipers failed (defective part not their fault) tearing up one of my front rotors. They got everything fix and replaced on by sides of the front right away for me with no charge under warranty and a smile.”

“The whole team at Mungenast Toyota went above and beyond to make my car buying process personal, efficient, and painless! Dave was communicative throughout the process, listening to all my preferences/priories and found me a car that fit all my needs. He was patient while I made my decision. Dylan was a total hero and ensured that my new car arrived to me when I wasn’t able to pick it up myself. Everyone I talked to throughout the process had a willingness to help and a positive attitude. I am so grateful to Mungenast Toyota for helping me after a terrible experience at a different dealership.”

“Had a local oil change/tire rotation technician tell me he'd found a nail in one of my tires and recommended I go to Willie's to have it plugged for '5 or 10 bucks'. When I got to Willie's, a tire guy immediately came out to check things and pulled a partial screw. The Willie's guy said it hadn't gone through the radial, so there was nothing to do and he wouldn't take anything for his trouble. Definitely giving Willie's my business next time I need new tires! 5 stars for quickness, honesty, and no attempts to upsell me into tires I didn't need. 😁👍”

The quality of their work is excellent, their prices are fair, and they genuinely care about their customers. It's hard to find an auto repair shop with this level of integrity and customer service. I highly recommend Midas to anyone looking for dependable, honest mechanics!”

“Unsure if the man that helped us is the owner, maybe a mechanic, but today we were stuck in the snow right next to this shop. Someone came out of the building and helped pull us out of the rut we were in with his truck. If that act of kindness doesn’t say something about this business, I don’t know what else would. We haven’t lived in the area long but I know who we will be calling if car troubles arise. Thank you very much for helping us today.”

“I arrived right around opening hours to see if they could get me in for a service and honor an online coupon I found. They were friendly, scheduled me for noon, got me in and out with an hour or less, and pointed out any additional concerns by taking me back in the shop. They even accepted my online coupon without any questions. I'll definitely do business there again!”

“AWESOME!! It is nice to know there are still honest mechanics out there. I was on my way to drop my VW off to Glenn's, when it died on me on Broadway in Alton. I have to let it sit for an hour before it will start again. a man pulls in behind me and it turned out to be Glenn. He was running an errand & seen me. Knowing I was bringing it in, he stopped to help. He lifted the hood & knew immediately what was wrong. He went back to the shop, got a fuel pump and tools. came back & changed it right there on the side of the road. We went back to the shop & he looked everything over. He sure knows what he is doing! I know he has been there for years & I wish I had taken them there before.Service: Engine repair”

“I recently moved to Alton, and although I love it here, I was bummed that I wouldn't be able to take my car to my regular mechanic in my old town anymore. An honest and trustworthy mechanic can be hard to find. Thankfully, I think I've found one here in Alton. The axle on my car broke recently, and Josh at Noel Automotive got it fixed when he said he would fix it and at the price he quoted me for it. He did a phenomenal job of explaining everything about the repair process beforehand. Courteous, knowledgeable, and no BS. Noel will definitely be my first call if I ever have car trouble again!”

“Five Bright Stars! Upon stepping into the realm of automotive dealings, one is often greeted with a cacophony of misdirected promises and overly enthusiastic salespeople. But not at Roberts Motors Ford in Alton, Illinois. Here, my auto-buying experience was turned upside down - and I mean this in the most positive, thrilling, and fabulous way possible! John Roberts, the magician behind the wheel of this outstanding dealership, is a car guru who would have to break the speedometer to go any further in terms of excellence. He is unlike any other dealer I have encountered in my cross-country search for the perfect Ford Raptor. His communication is akin to a striking Mustang galloping through the prairies, fast, precise, and packed with an effortless charm that leaves an indelible mark. He was the only one, amongst the hundreds of dealers I had the chance (or rather, the challenge) to interact with, who gave meaning to the term "fair deal". And when I say "fair", I'm talking about a deal that was so impeccable, so incredibly balanced, that it could have only come from a genuine enthusiast and a caring professional like John. He not only met but vastly exceeded my expectations. But the true magic of Roberts Motors Ford isn't just confined within Alton, Illinois. It's that their exceptional service extends, literally, across the country. When I say I found my dream Ford Raptor in Alton, all the way from San Diego, California, it sounds like a logistical nightmare. But John made it as smooth as a Sunday afternoon drive, orchestrating the shipping of my new vehicle across state lines with effortless ease. Roberts Motors Ford is where cross-country dreams come true, thanks to the passionate dedication of a team led by a star like John. Their commitment to finding the best deal, regardless of the miles in between, is a testament to their top-notch service. So, if you're on the hunt for a new vehicle, forget about driving around in circles, just head straight to Roberts Motors Ford. They will drive miles for you, both figuratively and literally! To sum up, my experience at Roberts Motors Ford, with the fantastic John Roberts at the helm, was nothing short of an automotive revelation! Prepare yourself for a deal you can't refuse, a service you can't fault, and an experience you'll never forget. Roberts Motors Ford, they're not just selling cars, they're building relationships. And let me tell you, that's a drive worth taking!”

“This guy can fix any auto problem you bring him! I had a problem with my Pontiac G6 constantly cutting off. After spending money everywhere else and getting no resolution I took it to him and he fixed it and one day with very little cost. He can also diagnose your issue without charging you an arm and a leg . Located right off of College, he is easy to find.”

“My 2018 Honda CRV wouldn't start today and I suspected it was a failed battery, so I called AAA. AAA would not do a battery replacement at my location, so Alton Area Towing & Repair towed my car to a nearby shop. The shop said they couldn't get to my car for a day or two, so I had the car taken to Alton Area Towing & Repair. They did the diagnostics and determined it needed a new battery which was no surprise, because mine was 7 years old. They also found the alternator had failed, which was no surprise because other Hondas of that type and age have also been having a lot of alternator failures. They replaced the parts and had me back on the road by the end of the day. They even managed to save me a couple hundred dollars on the repair. I am completely satisfied with their service and I highly recommend them. It's great to find a family owned business that's professional, very competent, and trustworthy. Well done.”
