“I recently moved to Alton, and although I love it here, I was bummed that I wouldn't be able to take my car to my regular mechanic in my old town anymore. An honest and trustworthy mechanic can be hard to find. Thankfully, I think I've found one here in Alton. The axle on my car broke recently, and Josh at Noel Automotive got it fixed when he said he would fix it and at the price he quoted me for it. He did a phenomenal job of explaining everything about the repair process beforehand. Courteous, knowledgeable, and no BS. Noel will definitely be my first call if I ever have car trouble again!”

They were friendly, scheduled me for noon, got me in and out with an hour or less,and pointed out any additional concerns by taking me back in the shop. They even accepted my online coupon without any questions. I'll definitely do business there again!”

I have to let it sit for an hour before it will start again. a man pulls in behind me and it turned out to be Glenn. He was running an errand & seen me. Knowing I was bringing it in, he stopped to help. He lifted the hood & knew immediately what was wrong. He went back to the shop, got a fuel pump and tools. came back & changed it right there on the side of the road. We went back to the shop & he looked everything over. He sure knows what he is doing! “Had a local oil change/tire rotation technician tell me he'd found a nail in one of my tires and recommended I go to Willie's to have it plugged for '5 or 10 bucks'. When I got to Willie's, a tire guy immediately came out to check things and pulled a partial screw. The Willie's guy said it hadn't gone through the radial, so there was nothing to do and he wouldn't take anything for his trouble. Definitely giving Willie's my business next time I need new tires! 5 stars for quickness, honesty, and no attempts to upsell me into tires I didn't need. 😁👍”

After spending money everywhere else and getting no resolution I took it to him and he fixed it and one day with very little cost. He can also diagnose your issue without charging you an arm and a leg . Located right off of College, he is easy to find.”

“My 2018 Honda CRV wouldn't start today and I suspected it was a failed battery, so I called AAA. AAA would not do a battery replacement at my location, so Alton Area Towing & Repair towed my car to a nearby shop. The shop said they couldn't get to my car for a day or two, so I had the car taken to Alton Area Towing & Repair. They did the diagnostics and determined it needed a new battery which was no surprise, because mine was 7 years old. They also found the alternator had failed, which was no surprise because other Hondas of that type and age have also been having a lot of alternator failures. They replaced the parts and had me back on the road by the end of the day. They even managed to save me a couple hundred dollars on the repair. I am completely satisfied with their service and I highly recommend them. It's great to find a family owned business that's professional, very competent, and trustworthy. Well done.”
