“Had a local oil change/tire rotation technician tell me he'd found a nail in one of my tires and recommended I go to Willie's to have it plugged for '5 or 10 bucks'. When I got to Willie's, a tire guy immediately came out to check things and pulled a partial screw. The Willie's guy said it hadn't gone through the radial, so there was nothing to do and he wouldn't take anything for his trouble. Definitely giving Willie's my business next time I need new tires! 5 stars for quickness, honesty, and no attempts to upsell me into tires I didn't need. 😁👍”
