The first time I visited this location they weren't very friendly but this time it was great! Guess it depends on who's working. The salesperson went out of her way to call other stores for the shoes I was looking for. Had my bestie with me and she loved it.

I have been to the Alton, Il Cato a few times over the past month and a half. They are always so friendly and attentive. The manager even called another store for me to see if they had a cardigan that I wanted for my Mom. I was able to get what I wanted, and my Mom loved it! We LOVE Cato!
