“I had my first visit with Jamie today and I was so pleased with The entire process.She seemed to know exactly what I wanted. I have fine hair and told her I would like to have my hair fairly close to the color of the extensions and they blended beautifully. She did a balayage with warm colors for fall. Also a cut and blow dry with curls.Before I got to the other end of the store I got 2 compliments. “JCPenney is the last true department store at Alton Square Mall. They have good prices on clothes and shoes for men, women, and children. There is also a wide variety of other things to shop for like jewelry, towels, mattresses, pillows and many other items. I think they also still have a portrait studio as well.”
