Id give zero stars.. My son went in to have his replacement phone activated, instead the worker gave him my husband's number and deactivated my husband's phone. Took 2 days to finally get my sons number back to his phone. When husbands phone got deactivated it canceled his sims card then we were told he had to get a new card or a new phone. When we went in to get him a phone they added a 4th line on accident and made my bill go up $80. When I went in the next day to address this the manager was rude. I told another customer I wouldn't trust them to activate a phone the manager told me to shut my mouth if I wanted her to fix my bill or get out of her store. After she said she fixed the bill i asked for a receipt she started arguing with me. I said I need proof that everything was fixed after they messed up my lines. She then got in my face and told me to leave her store or she was going to call the police.

Went there tonight to switch service from another provider to them. Bought 3 phones and transfered service from 3 previous and activate 1 new service line. Girl behind counter messed up and didn't do the transfer correctly, asked for refund. They only refunded $205 of the $421 I had just paid. Told me I will not be refunded the remainder even though its their mistake. Place is horribly managed. Will be contacting corporate and Bob to start a complaint

ABSOLUTELY CAN NOT STAND THIS CELL SERVICE. #1 EVERY TIME I CALL I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THE PERSON ON THE OTHER END IS SAYING. CAN WE PLEASE HIRE SOME AMERICANS. I don't understand why a company, a BIG COMPANY WOULD NOT HIRE AMERICAN SPEAKING ENGLISH WHEN IT COMES TO CUSTOMERS ACCOUNTS. THEN THIS PARTICULAR STORE I VISIT IN ALTON I'LL, CLOSES WHEN IT WANTS TO SO THE MANGER CAN RUN Personal errands therefore leaving new inexperienced employees by themselves TOTALLY LOST!!I feel for them & on occasions told the customer don't get mad at her/ him it's management that's leaving them here so tbey can take care of personally business. I'm seriously looking into boost deals. . For a NEW CUSTOMER the deals are unblelievable.

Been having problems with the service for almost a week. Call customer support multiple times and went through all their steps to try to fix it. Was unable to so they told me to go to the store and see if they could fix it.All the store did was checked my storage use, which is well below half, and told me i needed a new phone and that the insurance wouldn't cover it. In the 10 minutes i was there i was told i just need to upgrade my phone at least 8 times. Can definitely tell they work on commission. The manager was of no help either. Just said "yeah, we've had quite a few people with issues."Left the store and called customer service again and explained that the store was of no help, just trying to get money out of me.He then asked where i was located and i told him the zipcode. He then asked if i was close to St. Anthony hospital and i told him just a couple of miles away. He then told me that the tower for that area has been undergoing maintenance and it should be back up tomorrow and to try my phone in a different area to see if still having issues. What do you know, it works fine elsewhere.All this BS and it was something that could have been relayed to me 5 days ago when i first called. Ridiculous

I went in this particular store for service.Not certain what happened to my cellphone. But two day later my cellphone was hacked.... I would not go in to this store ever again for service.

The manager at the Alton Cricket is on top of her game.She went above and beyond to get me the best and most affordable plan and phone and then a discount on the bill. I love this place.....Wish all managers were as knowledgeable as her....Thank you Ashley!

I visited Cricket 2 times trying to get an upgrade on my phone. Was looking for an IPhone 12 which was not available at the store. No one tried to show me anything else or offered any suggestions whatsoever except to order it on line. I purchased an iPhone 14 somewhere else. This was not the experience I had initially when I switched to cricket years ago. They were very helpful. It wouldn’t have taken too much to pursuade me to get a phone there but they were so rude I just left.
