After paying you guys almost $600 to do my taxes I still cannot get the help that I needed on two forms you expect me to go and try to retrieve those forms so I am doing your job for you I get the forms and you guys lose them if they expect me to go back to Fairview heights to the IRS to get the forms again that you guys lost I will never do business with you guys again I will start taking my tax forms somewhere else if I can give you a negative 10 Stars I would

I had all my mine done with them all over mo.Il.Alton I had two different taxes years done 2021 and 2022 and never got to talk to anyone but the one in wood river tell me how forfeited my money my tax money a hard-earned tax money I forfeited it but I thought for sure they was going to take care of my money and make sure it got back to me I never got talking to nobody in the office ever they moved out shut down and now they're back they ought to be shut down for good I forfeited my tax money I had trust and faith in you people he was going to get me my money I got and the one in Wood River had to tell me that that's quite a business I'll never use you guys ever again anywhere else in life

I went to H&R Block recently. It was my first time there. I was told I was getting back a certain amount on my taxes. So I left them bundle both returns for a higher fee. I trusted them and took their word that they knew what they were doing and I was getting a certain amount back or I would have never used their services. However, after several non returned calls and messages I finally received a call that my one return was rejected. So I proceeded to ask for the amount it took to prepare that return back. The tax preparer told me she would talk with her supervisor and get it back. Well several weeks passed. I went through several non returned calls and messages once again. Finally I received a call telling me I wasn’t receiving that amount back either. I then proceeded to ask to speak with a representative. However, the representative has yet to return my calls or messages. I find this highly unprofessional of H&R Block. This hurts because I trusted H&R Block they knew my situation and they basically take advantage of my situation to obtain more money for themselves. I will not be returning to H&R Block as not all do they take advantage of people but they cause added stress to people lives. I caution people to watch out before this same situation happens to them.

Christine White is working on my taxes for 2023, and she is an absolute DOLL!!! She is extremely knowledgeable and her presence is so calming <3 I was so nervous going into H&R Block with my complex tax situation but she reassured me it’s all a piece of cake and I’m just so thankful i got her doing my taxes for me. Pls give her a fat raise she deserves it !!! And thank you so much Christine you’re an angel

Best tax prep specialist. Christine W. At the 2620 Homer Adam's parkway. She is so nice and will help you the best she can to get as much as you can. 4 years now and hope to see her for Many more years.

5 stars for the tax pro, Christine. She was the best, and made my experience great. BUT...the lady at the front desk needs to be fired. She can't hear, can't spell, gives awful advice, lengthens waiting times, and is totally inefficient. I had to reschedule my appointment twice due to her incompetence and I could have just dropped my documents off. Which she never informed me of. Once they get a new front desk person, they'll be in great shape.
