U-Haul Moving & Storage of Alton provides truck rentals, trailers, storage, and other moving solutions. The check and return process is a snap, with vehicles staged and ready at the promised pickup time. The location is excellent, very easy to access with a spacious parking lot. The staff in Alton is great, kind, helpful, extremely courteous, and knowledgeable. They assist with securing trailers and hitches, answer all questions, and ensure customers understand. The communication is terrific. Many customers report a great experience, noting the staff wants to make things right, leading them to switch to this location for all future rentals.
Equipment is equipment, it works or is doesn't and it was perfectly useable. The folks you have working there on the other hand, kind of make or break the experience. The people I've interacted with this particular location are pretty awesome. Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Not sure you could ask for more.
