I have been banking with US Bank for over a dozen years, first in Wisconsin and then in Godfrey, Illinois. In both locations the bank’s staff has been efficient and helpful throughout this entire period of time.The hard working staff at both branches should be commended for their hard work and dedication!

Bank staff have always been very friendly and helpful. The bank is easy to get in and out of. Several teller bays, even one for big trucks. Plenty of parking and easily accessible ATM
