I guess the hours are just suggestions? Numerous times I get to the window three or four minutes before 5:00 and they already have the shade pulled down and the door locked. Closing at 5 means you close at 5:00. Our office closes at 5:00 but I leave a few minutes early so I can get to the bank before then. So frustrating.

I’ve tried calling this bank several times NO ONE EVER ANSWERED. We had an appointment we needed to cancel but i couldn’t because no one ever answers the phone

Good luck getting anyone to answer the phone, then you walk in and they are sitting playing on their phones. Very frustrating. The female manager with dark hair is nice and Sue is great. The guy who works there clearly hates people, work and himself. Starting to regret going to this bank.
