“I blew a tire after hitting a curb and after my daughter and I starting to try to change the tire I went over to the auto body shop across from where I pulled into and asked one of the guys if he could help us. The guy that helped us was very kind and so patient. We had all the tools but had one of those Jack's that take forever to use the bar with and after he tried with mine he even caved and got his own jack from the shop. Finally got the jack situated and then the nuts on the tire was too tight so once again was kind and patient and walked back to his shop and got his tools. The whole job took a lot longer than anticipated when I originally asked him to help but thankfully he was very patient and willing to do all he could to help us. He didn't ask for anything in return but for me to write a review on Google. His review was most definitely earned and will keep his shop in mind if I need anymore help if I'm in rock island again.Service: Tires”
“Precision Collision helped me with a minor repair on a car that has been in my family for over 25 years. I went to other local body shops that would not step outside of what they typically do for customers. It was a matter of getting a part that they said they couldn't get because it wasn't in their parts database. Older cars are not always easy to find parts for but that doesn't mean you can't find the parts. "Sorry , we can't help you" isn't really good for business. Todd at Precision Collision went above and beyond what other businesses would do for me. He found the part I needed and completed the job in one day for around the same price that other businesses that "couldn't help me" would have charged me.Give your local body shops a chance to help you. “I took my car to Smart Body Shop in February 2024, a 2022 Lexus IS 300 Eminent White. My car had damage from road debris and had scratches and scrapes on the front bumper in the front lower middle, front lower right, and some of the bottom of the bumper lip. Tom Brennan was the advisor at Smart Body Shop who took care of me.The body shop did a very nice job on my car. Having been a body shop employee, a detailer, and being OCD about my car, I am a very difficult customer to please or impress. I know what to look for and how. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by the work this shop did. I can’t even tell that anything touched the bumper. The blending was done well, the body lines are good, and nothing additional was damaged during the work. The car was returned to me clean and complete, and it was done sooner than I expected. I was also able to pick my car up at 5:30 on a Friday, which was awesome. Tom Brennan and the staff took good care of me. Thank you to the team for treating my car as I would have treated another’s, I very much appreciate it. I would recommend this shop to others.”
