“Had to visit Caliber Collision twice this year unfortunately due to accidents but me being a returning customer speaks volumes. My first visit to Caliber was for my 2020 Audi SQ5 which was rear ended and I connected with them after I couldn't use the provider my insurance company (USAA) suggested. When I called I spoke with Sandy in scheduling and the process was super easy, they took the estimate via email, got me scheduled promptly, and kept me informed through the process. They also coordinated my rental car via enterprise for me and coordinated the return. Through the process of repairing my Audi I was informed throughout and was invited in to see the damages after the vehicle was assess with removed parts. For this my advisor/adjuster was Selena and she's very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Overall this is great repair shop that will take car of your vehicle and provide quality customer service. Most recently my 2008 Toyota Camry was serviced and this was a very similar process. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the damage the vehicle was totaled. Nonetheless Selena and Sandy kept me informed throughout the entire process and worked directly with USAA and Copart. Hopefully I won't be returning this year or anytime soon but I'll gladly return here and will recommend them to anyone needing repairs from accidents.”

“I took my car to Smart Body Shop in February 2024, a 2022 Lexus IS 300 Eminent White. My car had damage from road debris and had scratches and scrapes on the front bumper in the front lower middle, front lower right, and some of the bottom of the bumper lip. Tom Brennan was the advisor at Smart Body Shop who took care of me.The body shop did a very nice job on my car. Having been a body shop employee, a detailer, and being OCD about my car, I am a very difficult customer to please or impress. I know what to look for and how. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by the work this shop did. I can’t even tell that anything touched the bumper. The blending was done well, the body lines are good, and nothing additional was damaged during the work. The car was returned to me clean and complete, and it was done sooner than I expected. I was also able to pick my car up at 5:30 on a Friday, which was awesome. Tom Brennan and the staff took good care of me. Thank you to the team for treating my car as I would have treated another’s, I very much appreciate it. I would recommend this shop to others.”
“Precision Collision helped me with a minor repair on a car that has been in my family for over 25 years. I went to other local body shops that would not step outside of what they typically do for customers. It was a matter of getting a part that they said they couldn't get because it wasn't in their parts database. Older cars are not always easy to find parts for but that doesn't mean you can't find the parts. "Sorry , we can't help you" isn't really good for business. Todd at Precision Collision went above and beyond what other businesses would do for me. He found the part I needed and completed the job in one day for around the same price that other businesses that "couldn't help me" would have charged me.Give your local body shops a chance to help you.
