I stopped in this local Anna IL Victra owned Verizon store on February 20, 2024 for assistance deleting a phone line I no longer needed on my account. The young lady working was very unprofessional and lacking customer service skills. She absolutely refused to provide me assistance once I questioned her. I asked if her supervisor was available and was told no. I then asked for a business card so I could contact the supervisor on another day, she advised the supervisor was on PTO and she was the supervisor and I could not be put in contact with anyone supervising her. Hard to believe. I would not recommend this store outlet for service or products. When you provide a customer service based product, you had better be Great at customer service!!! Today was not the day for this location.

Don’t be a male and work part time here, they will use you and when you request off if the manager is gone on a day you request off you will get denied. My husband worked here and frankly one two people he’s worked with he has liked and that was the male manager and the head boss. Once the new manager took over he’s hated his job he went from full time to part time due to having school and he’s also in the national guard and if he asks off for the day before drill to pack and get ready he’s gotta have a written excuse for why or he’s getting written up or even if you talk to the head boss and the manager and the manager doesn’t like what you said you get written up. Moral of the story if you wanna work at the Verizon in Anna you better be a female if you want treated right.

There was a great lady there from a different store. Very helpful. I went in today and the regular guy was there. Not helpful or nice to me. I will not go back if he is there. I bought a new phone on Friday from the lady.
