“I ordered brake pads and 2 rotors online and was able to pick them up shortly after ordering them. The only problem was that the 2nd rotor I was going to install was defective, so I had to put the old one back on. The employee I talked to on the phone about it was very understanding, and I was able to exchange it at the store without any problems or extra fee. Although receiving the initial defective rotor and having to make a trip back to replace it was an inconvenience, there was no hassle for the employee to replace it.
That being said, the Duralast rotors I got were a lot dirtier than ones I'm used to, and took quite a bit more elbow grease than normal to clean off. I'll probably use a different brand next time”

“Normally I bring my fleet vehicle here for service on a pretty regular basis, probably atleast every other month. Raymond's service department it on point and I've never had any issues.
However, today, I went shopping for a new car for my sister-in-law. And let me tell you, I was in for a huge surprise.
Right as we walked in, we were greeted by this guy named Cody Schoen. He nearly pounced on us with the exuberance of a hungry husky with a serious case of the zoomies.
After speaking with him for what seemed like only a few seconds, with the skill and precision (and I think some impressive mind reading) of a Jedi Master, he picked the perfect car for her.
After some shrewd negotiations (not really, like I said this man read us like a book) he made us feel comfortable and confident in her first car purchase.
There was laughter, genuine interest, and most importantly, beef jerky.
I cannot stress how much I recommend both Raymond Chevy and working with Cody. When the wife and I finally pull the trigger on her new SUV, I know who I'll be looking for.
Captains Log 7/8/2022... Well we did it, we went back for my wife's new SUV and as true to form, Cody delivered as expected. I can't say enough for this mans patience, perseverance, and dedication to his customers. From making sure she got a fair deal on her trade-in to watching her weigh the pro's and con's of two of the same exact vehicles, he truly made sure our second encounter was as awesome as our first, except this time I brought lumpia. Thanks again Cody for all your help!
Update… again… 12/4/2025…. Cody for the hat trick! Went back with my sister-in-law to replace the car we bought during our first encounter with Cody after it met an unfortunate and untimely demise. Being as this was more of an emergency replacement then something she wanted to do, Cody listened to all of her concerns, broke everything down in a way that made sense and truly made sure she was well taken care of. Cody was able to take what was a stressful visit and made her feel at ease as much as possible and she ended up walking out with her first brand new car. As always, Cody is the goat.”
