“I went to O'Reilly's Auto parts store today. What a breath of fresh air. The men were extremely nice I was floored.
They helped me find the correct back wiper for my SUV. I was so thankful that I also bought two wipers for the front. They put all three wipers on for me without any attitude just nice and smiles.
Two days before I was at Auto store in McHenry they were just terrible. Not nice, acted like I was annoying them from the first walk in. Said they do not put wipers on the back windows at all which there web site does not say that also sold me the wrong wiper. Long story short Oreillys is the bomb. I will not go anywhere else if I need something for my SUV.
I know you will be very happy customer when you walk out.

“Bill and his sons did an excellent install of my sound system for my boat last year (2024). 8 speakers, 1 sub, 1 amp, 1 in-cabinet stereo w/ 2 head units. As well as a gps chart plotter. This year I had a technical issue with my gps chart plotter not showing a depth reading or sonar image. Bill worked tirelessly to rectify this including multiple calls with Garmin tech support. In the end, Garmin sent a new unit (under warranty) and rectified the problem. This likely cost Bill and Audiosmith many hours and loss of revenue, but most importantly it shows the support and dedication he gives his customers. A+++. - Thank you again Audiosmith!”
