“$9.99 pet bath is totally worth it. First time trying it on my pug and it was a breeze!! I will definitely be using this for now on. They only have 2 bath stalls, but the space between them are perfect. Marge the Pug wasn't thrilled, because she thought she was going to get more treats.”

“Just went browsing. Store is a super size Menards. Could use a map where things or departments are at. It has everything and seems like they have enough staff to help you out. Have a large outside yard for landscaping and construction supplies. Lard outside area for plants which is good. Put on your walking shoesAs you will need them.”

“Nick and Shania are amazing and deserve 1000 stars for customer service. I am a dedicated home depot shopper but sometimes things just don't go right and dont go right times 3. And when that happens it's nice to know that there are people like them that are on the customer service team to help you while you're having your meltdown. It took 3 months and 3 orders and one price change but it finally came in undamaged, and the price change honored. What can i say other than this is why i am a dedicated home depot shopper.”

“As a handyman, Menards is my go-to place! This is the only place I go to pick up building materials. You can drive right up to lumber piles in the lumber yard which makes loading super efficient. BE sure to go to the building materials desk and get a pick ticket. You can take the pick ticket to the checkout line and then pull your truck into the lumber yard in back for the most efficient loading!”

“This Hone Depot goes above and beyond in customer expectations! This is like a 2nd home for my Real home needs, desires, upgrades and So Much more that Goes into being a Homeowner.. IT’s A LOT! They are friendly, helpful and so many different employees have advise in all the areas that come with OWNING A home as a Single Woman! Home Depot Goes above every other store I have purchased from so far! McHenry is a close 2nd to the Lakemoor! Just as Good and HONEST! I would never say that about Menards! The put their customers way further down the totem pole and send “tough Crap” letters when you submit grievances in products incorrectly made and they do not stand behind their Products!”

“This is going to be a little long but trust me, it will be well worth the read. The four star rating (I thought hard about giving it 3 stars) represents the store as a whole which is unfortunate for Carl, a manager at the store. If Carl's employees cared for the customer as much as he does, I'd give this store five stars. First off, this store is only one mile from my home so even if all of the employees were like the two I had to deal with at customer service, I'd still shop there anyway because it's close to my home. However, because of Carl, I will definitely shop there and will give the store an underserving high rating. Although, I will keep Carl in mind if I ever get treated like I did by the two unnamed customer service employees who not only took 45 minutes to NOT serve me but spoke to me very rudely. When I asked what was going on with my order that I was there to pick up, the guy said, don't know. When I asked if I need to come back the next day, he said, maybe. When I said I'm two minutes away from talking to the manager, he said, ok. At this point Carl walked by. I didn't know he was a manager when he asked me if I was being waited on when I simply responded, doubtful. Carl stopped in his tracks, spun around and walked up to the service desk to ask the two rude and unprofessional customer service employees why I wasn't being helped (I didn't mention to Carl they were rude and unhelpful) and it didn't take Carl long to not only get me help, he also gave me a completely unexpected and unnecessary, but very generous refund to make up for the long wait while receiving no help. Hats off to people who like their job like Carl that believe in good customer service. I thank Carl for being an example to workers that do a job that they obviously don't want to do. After posting this I did think of some other workers that do look to help customers so I wanted to mention that all in all there are some good employees there but it's a shame that they get overlooked because of the employees with poor customer service.”

“People are very helpful as well. If we have questions they’re more than willing to guide you to the right I’ll or if you’re looking for work done they also offer local services that they can give you. Most of the isles are clean and organized. The sales are always fun to look at especially for when it’s Halloween or Christmas decorations. I always enjoy getting their garden with all the different types of flowers they carry. We have a credit card with them and it’s always helped us out when we’re looking for at home projects. I was looking at all the Halloween decorations and it was so awesome and cool to see the little details. I had to take a video that way everyone can see things that they offer. There’s more decorations at the store and they also have Christmas stuff already been set up.”
