“These guys are great! I've bought 2 mowers from them and serviced there as well. Straight forward honest place, definitely recommend them especially over the big box places. Very easy to deal with, Mark was great. Delivered my new mower the same day, thank you!”
“The customer service from Caroline here was amazing! We bought a lawn tractor (huge purchase) her advice was so good, she went out of her way to help us. We have already been back to buy more garden stuff. Fab prices great quality. Highly recommend a visit!”

“I went for food this time, which with their 11% rebate is a very good price. But one of the other 2 reasons I go to them is to get info for do small jobs on my house and price comparing for items quoted to me.”
“They were quickly to remove the old carpeting they vacuumed and cleaned up then they proceeded to install the new car padding and carpeting and in a matter of hours I had a new beautiful new flooring”
“Great home depot. Love the smell of it when I first walk in the store. Last year got me and my mom a above ground planter the we put hurbs in (plant didn't survive though because we lwk suck at gardening noy the point anyway) it was great for that. We also redid some of my backyard near my back door and replaced some of it with Vargo rocks with there lawn cloth at the bottom and hydrangea plants that are thriving. All of this we got from this home depot and they for shure live up to there slogan...this home depot let's the doers get more done. The staff there is also really nice in storeand in the gardening section...one time I needed to find chain oil and i couldn't find it until one pf the many helpful
people there helped me find it. Over all 11/10”
“It has a moving walkway to get to the second floor as well as an elevator. Very friendly staff. Oh and they have a piano player on Friday. Garden center is packed with bedding plants and supplies for what you need in your garden.”

“Menards in Antioch has been very helpful to me when I visited and called for purchases. Salespeople over the phone helped look up and price items to save time and expense. Not all of the products here are top-notch, but I had no problems with returns either. The store is clean and seems well run. Thanks to your staff for positive customer experiences!”
“Nice selection of gardening supplies, decor, tools, and real farming stuff. Also live chicks, a pet wash station, and zero-turn mowers. Clean and well organized, and staff is available and willing to help.”

“I actually like menards a lot but only gave it four stars for one reason. Can you say sucky rebates. Not only are they a pain but in my experience I've had difficulty redeeming them. I'm still waiting for my 11% to arrive. They aren't small amounts as I've been purchasing lumber from them for my deck project. So when they get here maybe I'll change my rating to a five star rating. I'm hoping they come but I'm not holding my breath. Just saying!”
“Kitchen and bath Counter tops look very nice. I would recommend Ralph Libertyville designer he was very nice and helpful. Installers not so great but one of the 2 guys who did install looked to be in training and scratched a cabinet by accident. Not Lowes fault.”
“The manager Maria in the evening is great. She was very helpful in getting my issue resolved and very professional. How customer service should be. Thank you again Maria!”

“This Home Depot is extraordinary! In particular, Ron in the paint department was extremely helpful, personable, knowledgeable, and kind! I brought in my 5 gallon paint container to be shaken and buy more supplies, he found everything I needed! To say I’m not that skilled in painting and painting needs is an understatement lol! Without Ron’s help, I would’ve purchased the wrong items. Give this guy a raise! Good work ethics are scarce nowadays!rewards should be given!Everyone employed at this location is friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely recommend this Home Depot to friends and family!
