    “Got a vaccine here and had a very easy and very great experience The staff here (maybe Alana?) are absolutely delightful and easy to work with It took me a minute to find the pharmacy tucked away in the back right corner of the store, but I was sure glad I found it. Nice staff, no wait time Easy easy easy, great place to go for a vaccine, they have both Moderna and Pfizer Covid vaccines and flu shots!!!”

    “Went to the store to pick up an item (for brother) around lunchtime. The employees (cashier and shift manager) were professional, courteous, and friendly. You don't see that customer engagement/interaction anymore these days. Other store employees (managers) should take heed on how this store interacts with customers. It doesn't take too much time to acknowledge customers' presence. Even though it was a brief time to interact, it was a genuine pleasure to experience the acknowledgement of my presence in the store. I hope corporate office reads this review and take the necessary steps to recognize the employees.”

    Loblaw Companies Limited is putting serious money into its retail network this year. Canada's largest food and pharmacy retailer announced it will spend $2.4 billion in 2026 to open new stores, renovate existing locations and strengthen its supply chain. The company plans to open 70 new stores in 2026. That includes 34 Shoppers Drug Mart and Pharmaprix pharmacies and care clinics, along with 31 hard-discount No Frills and Maxi grocery stores. On top of the new openings, Loblaw will renovate another 191 stores and continue construction on a roughly 1.2 million-square-foot automated distribution center in Caledon, Ontario.
