“Pharmacist staff looks exhausted and over worked. Had a problem with not being able to get my refills on a prescription even though the prescription asked for it. The pharmacy manager was nice enough to walk me through the issues. The app software for some reason does not transfer refill information from prescriptions and I have to call each time I want one refilled. Not the pharmacists fault but shame on CVS. heard someone else having the same issue and wasn’t being as polite about it. If you’re having this issue call CVS headquarters don’t give the pharmacist a hard time they can’t fix it.”

The first set didn’t turn out quite right, but instead of just handing them over, they urgently reprinted them, ensuring the quality was exactly what we needed. On top of that, they took the time to help me find a great coupon, saving me almost 40%—a huge help (especially for a dad saving for college!)
