Customers visiting from out of town find the pharmacy service perfect and easy to use. However, there can be long waits, as seen when a line for the pharmacy was very long, indicating a need for better management during busy times. Overall, Walgreens provides good service, but wait times can be an issue at peak hours.
I'd like to shout out to Walgreens representative Olivia. She is very nice and very knowledgeable in the pharmacy Department. Olivia really knows her stuff and I'm very happy to have had her take care of me at the pharmacy.
