Jim told me to bring it to him asap and he would try to help. Drop vehicle off at 10:30 a m and Jim called at 4 p m and had diagnosed problem and replaced part and the 'CHECK ENGINE' light was no longer on. “I’ve been to several places in town and feel this is the best place to get routine maintenance done. Been coming here for a while now and the staff is incredible. Joe and his staff are ALWAYS friendly and informative without me feeling like they’re trying to upsell unnecessarily. I know very little about cars but feel like they take care of me and my vehicle while keeping me informed with what to look for and what I may need now or in the future. “Jeff did a fantastic job replacing the window regulator on my 06 Subaru Forester. He's a very honest person. My failed window regulator was only 3 years old. It had been purchased and installed by Badorek's. I'm sure Jeff could have charged me for the new regulator, but he said the old one was still under warranty, so I was only responsible for his labor. I couldn't say if the old regulator was actually under a warranty or maybe Jeff was just giving me a break. Either way, you now know why Badorek's is my go-to repair shop.”
“Got a new set of tires, new brakes front and back, and a new wheel bearing. Roughly 1400. Excellent service. When I came in later with some minor concerns they didn't take offense they looked into what was going on and we went from there. Will be coming again for future work”

“I live in Colorado and found my motorcycle on cycle trader. I inquired and they emailed a proposal, I countered, they countered back and I accepted. Easy deal. They sent the paperwork, I signed and sent it back, and they kept in touch the whole time. The whole process was very easy. I went to check them out on Google maps and saw they had been in business for years, and even better was they were a family and veteran-owned business (I’m a veteran myself). They let me know the day my bike was picked up and checked in during the delivery to see how it was going and to let them know when it arrived. Overall excellent experience and I’m thankful I got my bike in a fairly uncommon trim level for a great price. Buying out of state is a bit of a hassle, but Jordan made the process super easy and for that, I’m super satisfied.”
“I came in today because on my trip up from Florida my brakes started making noises. This was the only place open on a Saturday afternoon that didn't quote me a minimum of $400 for front pads and rotors. The lady at the front desk was super sweet, the mechanic was fast and efficient and they were kind knowing my situation and that I was an out of towner. She even offered a work around so it would cost a little less!! Great service on both the customer service end and the mechanical end. I would definitely recommend this mom and pop shop!!”
“I needed to replace the plates on my car and couldn’t do it myself because the screws were so rusted and needed to be drilled out. The Toyota dealership was going to charge us $60 for every screw that needed to be drilled out. I called Fleenor and Robert’s Christmas Eve morning. They got us in right away, drilled out and replaced the screws, and put my plates on free of charge. What a surprising kind and helpful experience over the holidays. I will be recommending any one in the Decatur area there. Thank you so very much! Merry Christmas!”
“We are from out of town and dropped in today for a needed oil change to your 20th street Vero Beach location. Three employees sitting in the empty bays. My fault, I missed the directional arrows, and pulled up to the exit side of one of the three empty bays. An employee yelled over, not getting out of his chair, jesturing that I was on the wrong side, I apologized, and his retorte was, ya it figures. The head shaking, attitude and distain for a customer made me roll up my window and drive away. No issue for them, but I am sure the parent company would have liked the revenue. 2014 Lexus IS I will happily go somewhere else, seems I should have read previous reviews before trying your location, all one star reviews. Funny aside, there is a help wanted sign outfront. Hope you get a service oriented, polite person who will not put your company's name in peril”
“I had a hard time finding a rim for vehicle in a timely manner. I called and they had my part and shipped it to me and I received it in 2 days in great condition. Exactly as described. Pricing was the most reasonable in a 200 mile radius including shipping. The gentleman were very helpful.”
