They were kind, informative, and fair! got my car in and figured out the problem gave me a quote within 15 minutes, and by the time everything was said and done, it took a out 45 minutes total to drive off with my car working at full efficiency and no more loud noise! The guy at the front was so kind, and informative. He pretty much gave me a whole lesson on why my car wasn't working properly! He was also answering the phone, making appointments, dealing with the customers that walked in AND was in the shop working on the cars! Would recommend 1000%”

Ultimately they were a breeze to work with and finished my car a tiny bit early which always rocks. Will be using them for all future repair and maintenance work!!”

“I recently visited Bob Brady Hyundai for maintenance on my Tucson. I live 40 minutes away but work in Decatur. Unfortunately, they didn't have any loaners. Since my vehicle was under warranty, they found a vehicle for me to drive until they got my car fixed. It took a few phone calls, but Matt got it done for me. I appreciate the hard work that they did.”

“Crown really did a great job and a super reasonable price replacing my rear brakes and turning my front and rear rotors. I felt super fortunate the original price quoted was spectacular , but then even more fortunate for the fact, they offered a $15 off coupon on their website. Highly recommend Crown! I shopped one other place and they were doubled the price for the exact same service. Charlie, Amber, my technician and the girls in the office were so helpful and kept me updated throughout the day.”

“I’ve been to several places in town and feel this is the best place to get routine maintenance done. Been coming here for a while now and the staff is incredible. Joe and his staff are ALWAYS friendly and informative without me feeling like they’re trying to upsell unnecessarily. I know very little about cars but feel like they take care of me and my vehicle while keeping me informed with what to look for and what I may need now or in the future. They often have deals and their price point is great for all they do, in my opinion. Come here to get your vehicle tuned up!”

They fixed it right up, I felt so lucky. I just had my second car fixed there too. That place is not only nice to be at, the people are warm and honest. =)”

“We've been looking for a mechanic since Paceley's Garage closed, and the time had come to get the brakes looked at. Nick got me in quick and recommended front and rear brakes and 4 new tires. I knew I had already kicked the can down the road on brakes and the tires were 8 years old, so both of these recommendations felt reasonable to keep us safe on the road. Technician completed all work in a timely fashion. When there was a small scheduling mishap with delivery of the tires and I had to come back a second time, Nick apologized and went above and beyond to make things right. While I was waiting for our work to be completed, several customers and potential customers stopped by and asked questions. Nick handled each one with patience and respect, whether they had an appointment or not. Obviously no one *wants* to be going to the mechanic all the time, but if and when we do have problems -- I know where to take our vehicle. These guys have earned our repeat business and I highly recommend them!”

“We are from out of town and dropped in today for a needed oil change to your 20th street Vero Beach location. Three employees sitting in the empty bays. My fault, I missed the directional arrows, and pulled up to the exit side of one of the three empty bays. An employee yelled over, not getting out of his chair, jesturing that I was on the wrong side, I apologized, and his retorte was, ya it figures. The head shaking, attitude and distain for a customer made me roll up my window and drive away. No issue for them, but I am sure the parent company would have liked the revenue. 2014 Lexus IS I will happily go somewhere else, seems I should have read previous reviews before trying your location, all one star reviews. Funny aside, there is a help wanted sign outfront. Hope you get a service oriented, polite person who will not put your company's name in peril”

“Jeff did a fantastic job replacing the window regulator on my 06 Subaru Forester. He's a very honest person. My failed window regulator was only 3 years old. It had been purchased and installed by Badorek's. I'm sure Jeff could have charged me for the new regulator, but he said the old one was still under warranty, so I was only responsible for his labor. I couldn't say if the old regulator was actually under a warranty or maybe Jeff was just giving me a break. Either way, you now know why Badorek's is my go-to repair shop.”
