Dina quickly filled in yesterday for our loan coordinator Nataliya, who suddenly went on vacation that day. Although she didn’t know any particulars about our file, she went over each detail with us. She was very kind and patient and did a good job on the spur of the moment.

The customer service at the Arlington Heights location is great! Debbie and Natalya are always friendly and welcome everyone with a smile. I enjoy going there every Friday for business :).

Deborah is the only reason this place gets 5 stars. She's the best. I have had issues with the other tellers being very rude.
