Not sure what the deal is with all of the poor reviews. I've been going here prior to the renovation (~around 2020). Before and after have been good experiences. I've also been to multiple other NCH facilities, all with good experiences.

Lousy. Extremely slow. Had an appointment for a tetanus shot. I have been waiting in the room for an hour and still no shot. Would definitely avoid NCH on Rand in Arlington Heights.
