“I cannot explain how wonderful it was to work with John(the owner). He offered the best price, very chill and made me feel very comfortable. 100/10 would recommend.”
“Top notch service, the pricing of my item was more than fair and straight forward. I will use them for all of my precious metal pawns from here on out. 5 Stars all the way”
“Jewelry & Coin Mart in Schaumburg, IL is the best! Their customer service Irene & Paul are always ready to help! In the past 15 years they have assisted me with selling, buying, and making unique jewelry pieces. They are extremely fair in their prices. My jewelry pieces are now beautiful timeless heirlooms for my family. Recently, I brought in old silver coins to sell. Paul inspected each coin and we were pleasantly surprised with their value.
Jewelry & Coin Mart is ready to help you with so many needs! I highly recommend checking them out. Irene & Paul are great people and treat their customers the best!
Thank you!!”
“I bought a vintage watch in great condition from this shop. The pricing was extremely fair and competitive. Service was quick and polite.
The watch was in great condition and was kept in good working order with the time and date accurate down to the second, showing it had been maintained well for the time it was in the care of the shop.
We arrived right around closing and were greeted very politely (even though this was our bad) and still were shown the watch plus the sale was made.
I was able to put on the watch and take my time to get a feel of it without being rushed - which again was amazing considering we were late.
It was a pleasure doing business here and I will always keep an eye out for things I might want to buy from here or sell over here given their top notch service.
PS they have a guard dog, khaleesi, who is very cute if you are on your best behavior :)”

“I came in Monday high noon (02/09) my first time ever not only here but any type of pawn store, and what a pleasant experience! Jack is such a great guy! Friendly, cheerful, informative, he takes his time to do proper business as a good employee, but also makes sure the customer knows what they have or are willing to buy to ensure that he or she leaves satisfied. Thank you Jack, for everything! Pawn USA, please give this man a raise and a new car, you can’t afford to loose to him!”
