Don’t know what the fuss is about, the guy was honest, straight forward and gave me exactly what I wanted and didn’t make a dollar. When was the last time you walked into a pawn shop and walked out feeling happy? Same. I don’t remember either.
Scott, I will be back for another 1oz bar but please keep a 5oz on the side for me.

“I came across this place today and I didn't get a chance to catch the gentleman's name who worked there but he was amazing. He was straightforward and helpful. He was able to give me a great price on the gold piece I was selling when the place before it low balled me so much. This place is great, I will be going back in the future.”
“I bought a vintage watch in great condition from this shop. The pricing was extremely fair and competitive. Service was quick and polite.
The watch was in great condition and was kept in good working order with the time and date accurate down to the second, showing it had been maintained well for the time it was in the care of the shop.
We arrived right around closing and were greeted very politely (even though this was our bad) and still were shown the watch plus the sale was made.
I was able to put on the watch and take my time to get a feel of it without being rushed - which again was amazing considering we were late.
It was a pleasure doing business here and I will always keep an eye out for things I might want to buy from here or sell over here given their top notch service.
PS they have a guard dog, khaleesi, who is very cute if you are on your best behavior :)”

I came in not really knowing exactly what I wanted, but I ended up purchasing a PS5 Pro—and a huge part of that was thanks to Martin. From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, easy to talk to, and didn’t make me feel pressured at all, which I really appreciated.

“I wanted to have some jewelry looked at to see if I had anything of value. I called a few jewelry stores and a jewelry appraiser but they charge a lot just to look at the jewelry. I then decided to try Alexander's to see if they could help me.
They took the time to tell me what each piece was made of and it's approximate value. Exactly what I needed to know! When I asked about the fee, I was told there was no charge. Amazing!
