Pet Supplies Plus Buffalo Grove is an incredible neighborhood pet store with everything for furry, scaly, and feathery friends. The staff are friendly, helpful, and terrific, offering awesome service and assistance finding items. The store has a wide selection of products, including natural and made in the USA options, plus a variety of toys. It features a very convenient and inexpensive self-wash. While one reviewer wished for more choices on stock, the store is highly recommended for its great staff, full grooming services done with patience and thoroughness, and overall excellent experience.
Today was my adopted rescue therapy neighborhood watch dog's first trip to the local pet store. The staff members working at the time made my dog and I feel welcome and safe and funny enough we both have social anxiety. Thank you all so much!

Huge selection of pet stuff. Usually have coupons to make purchases more affordable. This last trip was a bit disappointing. They did not have any of the items I was looking for.

Megan is an excellent groomer that consistently gets my dog Kilo perfectly groomed and happy. Kilo really likes her and trusts her explicitly. A worthwhile experience!
