Staff have been excellent and I appreciate that no one was overly pushy when we first inquired about a unit. A nice facility too, but with a major design flaw that has caused some issues.
The only entrance is through the large garage doors, as there is no way to enter in your code to unlock the normal door. If both garage doors are inoperable, you are not able to enter. This happened to us and raises some concerns if this was a weird fluke or normal occurrence.

Affordable, srltorafe but needs more insulation from the lil critters. Staff is really helpful and security gates keep things together.

Chris has been helpful in making renting the storage space a less stressful event. I was getting frustrated with this company as I have been to 3 different locations, dealt with customer service on the phone and still not have clear instructions. So him being helpful and showing me the units did ease some of the stress that I have experienced.

The arbitrary price increases at Public Storage are ridiculous. This is the only business that sticks it to customers the longer they hang around. Moved out today and will never use another Public Storage.
