I had a great experience buying my new Red wing boots at this store a few days ago. The store manager was very helpful in allowing me to try on many different pairs of boots until I found the perfect fit for me.
When I'm ready to buy another pair of Red wings I'm definitely be back here again.

Absolutely great experience. Customer service was great. Employees knew exactly what boots I needed and got me in and out quickly and efficiently. The waukegan location looks like a closet compared to this store. Will definitely return again.

Okay two stars because I didn't hate the place didn't spend more than a minute there I was looking for some gym shoes something outside of the Walmart kicks butt Red Wing Shoes seemed really utilitarian not a place you go for your jumpers maybe a hiking boots or a work boot if I'm looking for either of those two things in the future I think I might explore the idea but not today I'm in the search for something entirely different so probably deserves more than two stars but not this time around

The salesperson (Abbie) was very helpful. My son tried on many different sizes and styles. The size in the style we wanted was not available at the store we were at, but the salesperson found a nearby store that had it in stock and called ahead for them to hold it for us.
When we arrived at the other store the shoes were waiting for us, and we were in and out very quickly
