Fitted for a new pair of boots and was advised to install new orthotic inserts. It made a world of difference as the pain in my foot and knee has diminished significantly.

I had no idea what to look for except knowing I needed boots rated for Canada. The gentleman (apologies I forget his name) was so kind and thorough. He walked me through the options- and features and benefits of one over another. He also suggested some orthotic inserts (which were on sale) that really made the boots perfect! I appreciate his patience and knowledge.

We have shopped here for years for my husband's steel toe boots. We were disappointed to discover that the boot he always purchased had been discontinued. The sales representative went above and beyond to get the last pair in any of the stores for him! Great shoes! Even better service!

Having never been to a Red Wings before, I walked into the store and was immediately greeted. The man was the GM, who explained where to look for what and explained all of the selections. I was very happy with the knowledge of the product and his sincere desire to help me get the right boot. He walked me through each boot I liked, the pros and cons and I left spending $350 happy.
