“We started going to March recently. We have cats and dogs and have already been here several times.

So far we are really happy here. The front desk people are always friendly. The vet techs are always kind to our pets and knowledgeable. We have seen more of Dr. Sheridan in our appointments. I think because he is newer to the practice but I don't believe he's a new vet. He's very knowledgeable. He's also to the point and explains things thoroughly.

Great experience at March so far. I would say their prices are in line for what things cost in Arlington Heights. Nothing is cheap here, but I would say the prices are what I would expect.”

“Amazing experience getting an international health certificate for my pets flight. All the staff and Dr. Dodin are all so nice and gentle with the animals. They prepared all our paperwork and made sure nothing was missing.”

“As always Dr. Flaska is kind and caring with our Chocolate Lab. She loves him and is very vocal about him coming in to see her. He is always patient and thorough with his exam. He listens to my concerns. We have worked together to get through many bacteria infections. He is clear with instructions and tries different approaches. This is our third Lab we have taken there over the years. The ladies at the front desk have been efficient,, tolerant of a barking nervous pup and when I have been in distress they have been very compassionate.”

“My furbaby isn't scheduled until Feb but the liaisons that have been helping me through this so far have been great. They are very informative, knowledgeable and patiently answered all of my questions. They sent all of the paperwork for tests prior to his appt to me and to my vet so we know exactly what to do to get him prepared for his visit. My baby had his treatment and I couldn't be happier with everyone involved. Angela was excellent in working with my vet to get all of hus tests and xrays done so he could keep his appt. Plus in case they didn't get them dine in time she held a spot for him in the next rotation. Angela kept in contact with me and even called to let me know everything was received and he was ready to go. At Radiocat Laura too was excellent. She was great with him and text me daily on his progress plus she answered any and all questions without hesitation. I couldn't have asked for anything better for my furbaby.”

I stumbled upon them when my dog tore both ACL's and they were affordable and fixed them right away ever since I did his rehab there and now 5 years later, I go there for all my checkups. I've never felt like they tried to force treatment if I don't need it and have made me feel welcome every time I'm there”

“Adopted my beautiful Zelda (formerly Miya) on August 29th from Kay’s and i absolutely love her! She’s just about to be 4 months old and is very healthy and happy in her new home. She is very spoiled and loved and always treated like the princess she is. Adoption process was very straightforward and very informative by the owners. Was given all very useful information about the pup and was even given a voucher for her to be fixed at their local animal hospital that covers all necessary medical care which is wonderful. Kay’s shelter really cares about their animals and likes to make sure they go to a good fitting home. Would definitely recommend for any interested potential adopters.”
