“Good place to live if you’re not trying to spend a ton of money on a rental. I lived in the graham building. Keep in mind you will have some minor inconveniences like parking, few amenities, and the quirks of living in an older building. But most of the units are recently renovated and most of the other tenants are friendly people. Not to mention it’s a very unique location. The maintenance team is fantastic. Any maintenance issue with my place was always addressed and taken care of in a timely manor. The property manager Fernando was also a very easy guy to work with. He’s an honest man who will look out for you.”
