“I had problems with my lock, when yo the office yesterday reported it to the new manager that it looked like a key had broken off in it .. right away he put work order in for me they came right out next day soon the lock arrived.. Great Job this just made me feel good .. good job Giovanni the maintenance Guy…. 100% well done”
“I was able to give this review from the peofessional side of this staff. Although I do not live here, I have frequently been in this neighborhood and visit friends often. In the past, I was never greeted or had anyone pay any mind to me. I don't walk the best but Allie and Rebecca were on my route and took the time to not only acknowledge me but offered a water and honestly took the time to make my day better. I have friends who live here for awhile now and never has anyone just shown the friendliness these two did. I can say that the homes I visit have been tended to, but I think thats part on how residents tend to their home. We had a tornado come through awhile back at my buddy's home and again, the staff were more concerned about life than the mess they faced. I commend AJ and Jason for helping during this time and Im sure others could agree that they responded well to the situation.
As I said, I walk through here with no second thoughts and now, I have 2 new friends to stop in and say hello to.

“Best move i ever made. Size of apartment is perfect and best view of pond and ducks. Very quiet community. Office staff and maintenance is quick to respond and fix anything that needs to be done. Highly recommend!”

“I recently moved in with my partner and Fernando made the move-in process incredibly easy! He was helpful and responsive during our move in day, even provided a dolly for us to move our stuff in and offered to give us a map to show where all stores we would need would be. The apartment itself was in really good condition and is in a beautiful location with tons of shops, restaurants, and fun things to do.”
