The building is amazing, clean, quiet, and safe. Apartments are nicely appointed and have everything you need, with reliable hot and cold water. The building is warm in winter and comfortable in summer. It features interior garbage removal, on-site laundry facilities, a convenience store, and a neighborhood pub and grill right in the building. Management and maintenance are consistently praised. The property manager is described as amazing, caring, helpful, responsive, kind, personable, professional, polite, and informative, making the process seamless. The maintenance team is great, addressing issues immediately. The building is considered one of the best managed properties, with a manager who truly cares for tenants. Many residents plan to stay for many years to come.
