The truck rental department has quality equipment at reasonable prices. We are a seasonal business and we rely on Coffman rentals in our peak season.
The sales team has helped us liquidate our aged equipment. All i had to do was get the equipment to their lot. Then the Coffman team arranged a detail and decal removal. Necessary mechanical repairs to prep for sale were completed. Then Coffman marketing gets your listing immediate views. This is not a free service. Deduct the expense out of the final sale price. This is a great service.

“What can I say… I walked into the store to gather some information about tonneau covers for my truck… John was very patient and informative with advantages/disadvantages to each tonneau cover model he had. We discussed my intended use and helped pick out the proper cover for what I wanted to do. He also helped me with side steps and also tossed a bull ring on it for a little more character. After spending at least an hour on this, I placed the order for all 3 items… only waited a few days to setup the install and within hours after the install, John and his crew done a fantastic job! As a service manager myself… NOW I know there’s a reliable place I can take my truck for quality accessories and professional workmanship! I WILL BE BACK for more!”
“Great service! Very thorough technicians that send you a video overview of your service visit. Decent waiting area with free coffee and water. Basic oil change and checkup was $250, but our Velar requires oil changes every 15,000 miles! There was zero upselling and all the people there were very nice. I waited for the vehicle and opted out of the free wash, because it takes an hour and their washer scratches the plastic accents on the vehicle -FACT! We bought this new at this same dealer. I saw the truck before the wash and it was gorgeous! Then they washed it and plastic panels on the pillars were terribly micro-scratched. My eye catches these things and it’s a curse.”

“I needed to have a minor accident repair done and Art’s Body Shop was an authorized repair shop. The paint job was excellent. I can’t see any difference between the paint color between the old paint and new paint. Bonus! They cleaned the inside of my car. Highly recommend this repair shop. Excellent customer service too!”

“I made a purchase at the hub in Romeoville. They told me if I didn't need the parts I could return them at any Advance store. I was close to the Aurora store and stopped in to return the parts as I didn't need them. Eddy greeted me with a big smile and a friendly hello. Even though his store would take the return hit for a large cost return, he took the parts and was very friendly and did it with a smile. I wish I could give Eddy 10 stars! I would defiantly recommend this store to everyone!!”
“After researching other vendors decided to go here as they provide free fitting for car batteries purchased in the store, (comes with 2 year warranty) . Price was also comparable to similar stores. Joaquin was knowledgeable and carried out the fitting swifty, although it was tricky (batteries located under the air vent) he persevered and was successful. Very satisfied with the service, will definitely return again.”
