Jim and Bianca were especially great to work with. They communicated clearly throughout the process, kept me informed, and, most importantly, they genuinely advocated for me as the customer. They repeatedly pushed back on Farmers Insurance to make sure my BMW was repaired correctly and properly—not simply repaired using the cheapest option the insurance company wanted.
It was reassuring to know that someone was looking out for the quality and safety of the repair rather than just trying to get the car out the door. The finished work looks fantastic, and I have complete confidence in the repair.

“Dealt with a minor car accident in the city unfortunately. Jordan is a super nice and patience dude. He honest with you and quotes affordable prices for what needs to be done to your car. Honestly I can’t even tell there was a paint job was done, that’s how good it was. Go to them if you only need what you need to be done and quick. They don’t over charge you and make things more complicating. For an example a car shop (Riverside View) I went to before quote me $2700, meanwhile here they only quote me for $1025. The difference is insane.”
