“This Caliber Collision location truly exceeded my expectations! After my very first car accident, I was honestly nervous about the whole process and having to grow through this again. But they made it the best experience possible. Everyone was so friendly, professional, and took the time to explain all the paperwork clearly.
My car was repaired in just 4 days! (Granted the damage wasnt super bad) and to my surprise, it was detailed inside and out—it looked brand new! ?They even made the rental process seamless. Enterprise picked me up right from Caliber Collision, and setting up the rental was quick and easy.

They submitted all the necessary paperwork though my auto insurance and kept us well informed on the repair status. I can usually notice small imperfections and I can say that they did a professional job in matching the paint and fixing every small issue from this accident. I will definitely use this shop for any future repairs.”

“Emailed them to see if they are able to repair a kia EV, got a reply shortly after, emailed them a couple photos
Came by for an estimate, set up an appointment to drop off the car, they are two weeks out and was told it can be done in two weeks
A week before the scheduled appointment, they called me to remind of the appointment
Dropped off the car the night before, next day at 9am my app already showed they took my car inside the shop! (this is amazing! Of my other accident at other shop, it took them 3-4 days after I dropped off the car before they even moved my car lol)
My car was inside the shop whole day, the next day they called me told me they took my car apart did a full inspection, needed more parts, ordered, still looking at two weeks
On the Friday of the second week they called let me know they have found additional parts needed to order
Following Friday, called me, told me they are only waiting on one part that comes to find out after calling many places, kia part is out of order but finally find a place that carry it
The fourth friday, finally everything is set!
In all, they were very professional, and kept me up to date. They even clean my car inside…would for sure come back again well lets’ hope not lol”
