“Very helpful testing our van battery, recommended we go back to Napa parts store to see if we had a warranty on it first before we buy a replacement! Not only was the Napa parts store unable to confirm our purchase without us providing a (2 year old) receipt, they didn’t even have the replacement in stock. We wound up back here at Batteries Unlimited and bought a new one, which was in stock. Good service, good advice, many new and used options.”

“Why Interstate, and why this location? Interstate is huge and national. If you ever have a problem, it’s pretty easy to find an Interstate location and resolve the issue. Also, batteries die from age. Thanks to the volume they do, their batteries are always fresh. With AGMs, that’s important.

Why this location? They have great inventory, give you a fair price, and treat you well. What more could you ask?

Many years ago, I had a repair shop and sold Interstate batteries. The distributor servicing my account has changed hands and is no longer the great place it once was. This location made me feel at home – again! Thank you!”

“Went in around 9:30 at night because my battery died while at work to get my battery checked and purchased a new one. Asked if the guy that checked it could change it and he claimed it would be too difficult for my make and model (2020 Kia Forte). I knew it was late, but I asked anyway. Went in again the next morning and one of the guys there took one look and said he could, which he did in a matter of 10 minutes. I had no issues after either. Shoutout to him for helping me but to the guys that were too lazy, turning people away in a time of need because it’s late and creating a fake reason is totally unacceptable.”

“Went in to get a front headlight and was helped by a Hispanic young man. He was able to look up what I needed quickly and I was in and out of the business so fast. Came back to see if they could help with a fuse since putting the headlight in with no luck. A man by the name of Timothy helped me out. He was very informative and helpful. Changed a fuse for me and wanted his superior to assist him with just checking out something on my car. He asked the same man who helped with finding my headlight and he told him "We're too busy to look at anything right now". There were three registers going. He was helping a few guys and another Hispanic man was assisting taking customers as well. Timothy told him he would take over if he goes out there and this man still said no and ignored him basically. So the helpful employee Timothy said I'll look online to see if things like this happen a lot in these cars and sure enough they do. I thank Timothy for going above and beyond to help me out. It's unfortunate that his Superior thought that taking a look at my car would be too time consuming. I give that employee a 1 star. He can have better communication skills and be a little more professional. 5 stars for the employee Timothy who helped me out tremendously.”
